Suntory Beer

Established in 1899, Suntory first started as a winery. In 1986, they released their first beer product "MALT'S" (100% made from malt). From then, they started to make a new type of products, which are beer-tasting alcoholic beverages. This is why this new genre of beer-like beverages became a hit in Japan.

In 2016, as the completely new yale beer, "The Premium Malt" was introduced to the market. Although the product is still young, it has been accepted by the beer enthusiasts across Japan.

The Premium Malts

Since it was first introduced to the market in 2016, "The Premium Malt's" has been very popular with its light pilsner taste which is easy to drink even if you are not that much of a beer person. Its characteristics are the luxurious creamy foam and the crispy light taste. Since 90% of beer is made from water, Suntory also focus on the pure taste of water and only uses the clear fresh natural water.
