Seasonal Cuisine Nakashima in Hiroshima

Nakashima is an absolutely stunning 3-star Michelin restaurant in Hiroshima which will stimulate all your senses. The restaurant specializes in serving seasonal and fresh ingredients. Chef Nakashima's goal is to put the ingredients' natural taste at the centre stage.
Walking up to the restaurant's doorway, you'll feel as though you have stumbled upon Hiroshima's best-kept secret. However, as this is a Michelin-starred restaurant, a reservation is absolutely necessary. Especially since there are only 14 seats at the restaurant; there are 8 seats at the counter and 6 seats at a table. The counter seats are spectacular as it is like attending a live performance and the table seats are perfect for a group.

Menu

Dish after dish, you are presented with sublime and carefully crafted works of art, both in terms of taste and presentation. The lacquered bowls are the frames which highlight the ingredients' beauty.
The courses are ¥15,000 (¥17,010 including taxes and service). They are prepared with seasonal and local ingredients from Hiroshima.
When making a reservation, you can let the chef know if you have any allergies or if there's food you don't like.

Finally...

Have a wonderful dining experience at Nakashima in Hiroshima!
