This restaurant having four locations in Tokyo serves authentic Singaporean food cooked by Singaporean chefs.

As the name of the restaurant suggests, they have a great Hainan Chi-fan (Hainan-style chicken rice). The chicken is so tender and you can enjoy it with three kinds of sauce (chili, ginger, and sweet soy sauce). They also have Singaporean beer if you want!

Sin Tong Kee (新東記)

Sin Tong Kee is a Singaporean restaurant officially recognized by Singaporean government. It is located 2nd floor of a building just 5 mins walk away from Ebisu station.

Their Laksa, spicy coconut milk curry with noodles and shrimps, is must-try! The spiciness of the curry and the sweetness of the coconut milk are blending nicely. You can get a set meal comes with a salad and dessert for 1000 yen in lunch time.

Hainan Chi-fan Shokudou (海南鶏飯食堂)

A cozy Singaporean cafe in Roppongi, having some terrace seats as well.

The most popular memu is Hainan chicken rice. Their chicken rice is simple, yet flavorful. Chicken is also tender and juicy which goes well with the sauces. English memu is available.

Singapore Seafood Republic

This restaurant is a collection of four popular seafood restaurants in Singapore which serves great seafood from Southeast Asia. Spacious restaurant with nice atmosphere.

What you should eat there is chili crab which is one of the most famous Singaporean food. They cook alive mud crabs after you order, so it's super fresh. The crab added flavor to the chili sauce. They also offer course menus from 2800 yen.

Wee Nam Kee Chicken Rice (威南記海南鶏飯)

Wee Nam Kee is a chain restaurant from Singapore that loved by local people. There are three branches in Tokyo, Ginza, Nakano, and Mita.

They have a variety of authentic Singaporean dishes from chicken rice to noodles. Lunch set menus are reasonably priced too (around 1000 yen). Their steamed chicken is of course good, but I recommend you to try roasted chicken. It is more tender and juicy than steamed one.
